INTRODUCTION:

                                The causality of GTMCH was functioning since 2010, and then the TAEI ward concept has been introduced since 2019 .the department of emergency medicine started to functioning from 2021, after the introduction of G.O 425. The department is combined governed by DME and TNHSRB. From 2022 two MD emergency medicine POSTGRADUATE seats admission going on. From 2020,  paramedical courses on emergency medicine also going on.

                Emergency medicine department skill lap offers.BLS, ACLS, ATLS training for all MBBS, staff nurses, paramedics students

CONDUCTIVITY WORK:

                                                Emergency medicine has been involved in BLS training conducted for, school students, auto drivers, 108 pilots and EMT staffs

108 CO-ORDINATION MEETING:

                                Every month conducted District 108 co-ordination meeting for better functioning.
